WARM-UP:

2 min Cardio of choice
then 1 round:
10 Boostrappers
10 Spider Lunges
10 Crosses
10 Hollow Rocks
then 2 rounds:
10 scapula push-ups
5 Tempo Air squats (5:0:5:0)

WOD:

Death By Front Squats and Burpees

“Death By” – Front Squats : 3 reps + 1 rep / 1 min

With a continuously running clock perform:

3 Front Squats in the first minute

4 Front Squats in the second minute

5 Front Squats in the third minute … Continue as long as you are able.

As soon as you are unable to complete the given amount of squats, on the next minute start over with 3 Burpees, and + 1 burpee every minute as long as you are able.
