Tall Snatch (5×5 @ 25%)

Starting in standing position, pull yourself under the bar into an overhead squat in one motion. Goal is to not pull the bar “up”, but to move yourself around the bar.

1 set every 3 min)

Pull-ups (Strict, 5×5)
