3 sec pause at the bottom of the squat)

Clean + Front Squat + Jerk (3 x 2 @ 75%
2 x 2 @ 80%)

Halting Clean Pull (3 x 2 @ 75%
3 x 2 @ 80%

Pause at 1″ above the ground, above the knee, and upper thigh. Hold each pause for 3 sec)
