Bar receiving drills:

-2 sets of 5 tempo push press @ light

→ 3 sec negative to eyes then drop into the receiving position. Hold the receiving position for 2 sec. 

WOD:

A.

Every 2 min for 4 sets

Strict Press 

5-5-5-5

Start @ 70% and increase if desired

Rest 1 min then,

B.

Every 2 min for 4 sets

Push Press

3-3-3-3

Start at 80% and increase if desired

Rest 1 min then,

C.

Every 2 min for 5 sets

Push Jerk

1-1-1-1-1

Start at 85-90% and increase as desired

PEEK into the WEEK…

Monday- pull dominant

Tues- long/endurance

Wed- back squat wendler week 2

Thurs- Bench 1 rep max

Fri- Deadlift wendler week 2
