WOD Version 2 (with DB/KB/ heavy backpack):
25 min AMRAP

30 Sumo DL
60 Shoulder Taps
30 KBS
60 Mt. Climbers
30 Single Arm Snatch

WARM-UP:
A. 2x: 30 sec of each
-Single unders/ side shuffles
-Up/downs
-Jump Jacks

B. 1x of each
10 Bootstrappers
10 Spider Lunges
10 Crosses
10 Hollow Rocks

C. Perform 8-10 reps of each movement in the WOD
