    *all % based off 90% of 1RM

WOD:

    6 cycles:
    1 min on/ 30 sec off
    5 Ground-to-Overhead buy-in
    DU for reps

    Lv1: 95/65
    Lv2: 125/85
    Lv3: 155/105

    *everyone is attempting DU! No SU!*
