    Chipper for time

    Run 800m
    15 Slurpees*
    30 Wall-Balls

    1 min rest

    2 rds:
    Run 400
    10 Slurpees
    20 Wall-Balls

    1 min Rest

    3 rds:
    Run 200
    5 Slurpees
    10 Wall-Balls

    *Slurpee = 2 push-up burpee

    Lv1: 14/10 @ 9ft
    Lv2: 20/14 @ 9ft
    Lv3: 20/14 @ 10ft

Finisher:

    Tabata hollow rocks

    90 sec couch stretch
