    1 Hang power Clean
    1 Hang Squat Clean
    1 Front Squat

    (each complex has 3 squats)

    Starting weights:
    Lv1: 65/45
    Lv2: 85/60
    Lv3: 115/75

Finisher:

    Tabata Hollow Rock
