    Tall jerk and long step drills

    Death by Weight (Every 90sec):
    1 Push Press + 1 Push Jerk +1 Split Jerk

    Starting weight,
    Lv1: 65/35
    Lv2: 75/55
    Lv3: 115/75

    increase by 10# each rd until failure

Partner WOD:

    3 rounds for time
    50 cal Assault Bike
    25 Man Makers -pick load

    *Share work as desired
    *one person works at a time
