Memorial Day Schedule- Monday, May 29:
9:30am and 10:30am Memorial Day CrossFit WOD: “Glen”
11:30 am Barbell Club

Strength:

    Front Squat
    5 x 3 @ 80-85%
    Every 2 min for 10 min

WOD:

    7 rds for time
    8 Bar Facing Burpees
    9 Squat Cleans
    Run 100 m
    Rest 1 min

    Lv1: 65/45
    Lv2: 75/55
    Lv3: 95/65

    (Each round should be a sprint- choose a light weight so cleans can be unbroken!!!)

Finish:

    Couch Stretch 90 sec each side
