Strength B:

    8 min to work up to 90% Back Squat then every 90 sec for 5 sets:
    1 Back Squat @ 90%-95% of 1 RM

WOD:

    3 rds for time
    20 Russian KBS
    20 V-ups
    20 Jumping Air Squats
