Strength: Deadlift

    Every 2 min complete 3 DL at 80% of 1RM for 10 min

WOD: 10 rounds for quality @85/55

    Every 2 min complete the following complex
    2 DL
    3 Hang Power Clean
    4 Push Press
    5 Barbell Box Step Ups in back rack (ea. leg)

    *How to pick the right box height: Put the bottom of on foot on the box as if to step up. The knee should be parallel or slightly higher than the hip.
