Strength:

    Back Squat 5×8
    Every 2.5 min.
    Work up to a heavy 8 rep

Partner WOD:

    6 min AMRAP
    Partner handstand while other partner gets max laps of farmer plate pinch carry
    35/25 (no less than 15# plate)

    -Switch when desired.
    -Cannot accumulate laps until partner is in HS.
    -Score = total laps

Finisher:

    100 partner medball sit-ups.
    90 sec couch stretch
