    Every 90 sec for 8 sets
    Hang Power Snatch + Hang Snatch + OHS

Strength B:

    Strict Press 3 reps Every 90 sec for 5 sets

WOD:

    20 sec max effort for Assault bike calories- 40 sec rest- 8 rounds

    Partner up as necessary
