    Back Squat 5×5 Start at 75%

Partner WOD:

    12 min AMRAP
    One partner completes an entire round of:
    3 Bar MU/ 3 C2B pull-ups
    6 T2B
    9 Pistols

    While other partner holds BB Overhead
    Lv1: 95/65
    Lv2: 135/95
    Lv3: 165/115

    Then switch
