9:30 and 10:30 am Regular CrossFit Class

Strength:

    1 Snatch every 30 sec for 10 sets (5 min)

    10 min to establish a heavy 1 rep Snatch

WOD:

    1 min on/off-5 rounds
    15 pull-up buy-in
    Front Squats for reps

    *Increase FS weight by 10# each round

    Start weight:
    Lv1: 65/45
    Lv2: 95/65
    Lv3: 135/85

9am Lite N Tite
Part 1

    Alt tabata
    Push-ups
    Sit ups

Part 2

    Every 2 min for 8 sets
    200m sprints
