The 2017 CrossFit Open has begun! Are you signed up yet? Scaled and Rx WODs available (you decide which one to do later). We will be hosting the Open on the next 5 Saturdays, starting Feb 25, 9:30am-12pm instead of having 9:30 and 10:30 Regular CrossFit class. You have until MONDAY, 2/27 @ 5 PM to SIGN-UP!     O: Wall balls

    O: sit-ups

    D: 800m run
    O: box jumps

    9:30-12pm CrossFit Open 17.1
    How this is going to work:
    If you are registered for the open, sign-up for a heat time on the whiteboard under your division. You are responsible for your own warm-up.
    WOD briefing is at 9:30am: learn the standards HERE.
    If you are NOT signed up for the open, you can do the WOD with any of the heats but you do not need a judge. Our dumbbells are limited so the registered athletes have priority to the equipment (non registered you can use kettlebells).

    For time:
    10 dumbbell snatches
    15 burpee box jump-overs
    20 dumbbell snatches
    15 burpee box jump-overs
    30 dumbbell snatches
    15 burpee box jump-overs
    40 dumbbell snatches
    15 burpee box jump-overs
    50 dumbbell snatches
    15 burpee box jump-overs

    Men use 50-lb. dumbbell and 24-in. box
    Women use 35-lb. dumbbell and 20-in. box

    Time cap: 20 minutes

    Scaled: 35/20 lb, box step ups ok. 24″/20″
