WOD- Saturday, March 14. Open 15.3

Saturday Schedule (every Saturday for the next 3 weeks)

    Come in anytime between 9:30am-11:30am to WOD. Sign up for a heat on the whiteboard when you arrive ONLY if you are registered and need a judge. You can get familiar with the WOD standards here.
    At 9:30 the WOD will be reviewed by your coaches and a suggested warm-up will be written on the board. If you are not signed up for the open, no problem! After you warm up you can jump into any of the heats when you are ready. You do not need a judge.

$10 drop-in for non-members!

    200 Single Unders
