WOD- Saturday, March 3

The CrossFit Games Open 2018 has commenced!! Open to all levels! You do not have to decide on going Rx or Scaled until each WOD is announced. We will be hosting the Open Thursday’s at 6pm and 7pm classes, and Saturday’s from 9:30-11:30! Please come during those times if you are signed up so you can be judged. Also, judging volunteers please come at those times to help out! Sign-up HERE.

Strength:

    5sets:
    -Shoot Thrus (w/ push-up and dip) x5
    -Bent over rows w/ DB/KBs x15

WOD:

    20 min AMRAP
    1,2,3 Wall walk
    12,16,20 Cal Row
    12,16,20 OH WL w/ plate 45/35#

    Reps go back to 1, 12, 12 after round 3.

This will not be usual class structure during this time for the next 4 weeks. Here is how it will work:
Sign up for a heat time on the whiteboard when you get to the box if you are registered for the Open and need a judge. Suggested warm-up will be on the board and be ready for your heat time. If you are not registered, no problem! You can still do the WOD with a heat time of your choice, just let us know you DO NOT need a judge!

    In remaining time find a 1 rep max Clean
