    Weighted Ring Push-ups
    5×5

WOD:

    Offense/ Defense- teams of 4

    Part one
    2 ppl: Row 1000m
    2 ppl: Push Sled for reps
    Then switch 1x

    Rest 2 min

    Part Two
    2 ppl: 800 m MB carry (one ball per partner)
    2 ppl: Tire flips for reps
    Switch 1x
