    HSPU Technique (for those who can kick up to HS on the wall and have strength for kipping)

WOD:

    “Upside down Nicole”
    20 min AMRAP
    400 m run
    Max HSPU

    score = total HSPU

    Lv1: Regular Push-ups
    Lv2: Pike Push-ups on floor or parallettes
