    Lv1:
    3-5 pull-ups (kipping practice, banded as needed)

WOD:

    5rds- 1 min stations for reps
    Air Bike
    Hang Power Snatch
    Ring Push-ups

    Lv1: 65/45
    Lv2: 85/60
    Lv3: 115/75
