Partner WOD 1: 4 rds for time and reps

    Offense/Defense
    O: Wall Balls for reps
    D: 200m run

Rest 3 min

Partner WOD 2: 6 min AMRAP

    partner A does 8 DB Snatches then 50ft overhead carry, while partner B holds DB OH with one arm. Once partner A crosses 50ft mark, they switch places

    *if either partner drops the DB mid 50Ft carry, both partners must do 3 burpees.
    *can put weight down between sets
