Strength:

    A)
    (10-15 min)
    TGU find a heavy 1 RM on each side, then do it 2 more times

    B)
    Back Squat
    5×8 every 3 min @ 70-75%

    C)
    3 sets:
    -GHD Sit ups
    15-25

    -5 One arm kb/db OHS (ea side) @ heavy

    -Max rep strict pull-ups
