    Lv1: 85/60, 15# dball
    Lv2: 105/70, 20# ball
    Lv3: 135/95, 30#dball

Finisher:

    accumulate 2 min L-sit hold for time on parallettes
    LV1: bent knees on boxes 20″
    Lv2: bent knees- parallettes
    Lv3: straight knees- parallettes
