1 Clean Pull + 1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Squat Clean
2-2-2-2 for quality and weight.
Can increase weight with each set as long as form is maintained.
Strength 2: Weighted Pull Ups

5-4-3-2-1-1-1
Work up to a 1 RM or if you don’t have a pull up yet do negative pull-ups. Weight can also be added for a negative pull-up.
