STRENGTH: Barbell Complex

    16 min build to Max Weight
    2 cleans + 1 Push Press + 2 Back Squat + 1 Behind the Neck Push Press
    Increase 5-10# each set

WOD:

    3 min on/1 min rest- 3 cycles
    1 Clean
    5 Push ups
    10 Air squats

    Lv1: 115/75
    Lv2: 145/115
    Lv3: 185/135
