    Warm up DL and find appropriate HSPU & pistol progression

WOD 1:

    Run 800 m then,
    15-12-9
    HSPU
    Pistols

    Lv1: box, shallow pistols over jerk box
    Lv2: bar, high box step ups and negative

    rest 5 min

WOD 2:

    Run 200 m then,
    21-15-9
    Burpees
    Deadlifts

    Lv1: 135/95
    Lv2: 185/155
    Lv3: 225/185
