WOD- Tuesday, Feb 20

The CrossFit Games Open 2018 Starts this Thursday!! Open to all levels! You do not have to decide on going Rx or Scaled until each WOD is announced. We will be hosting the Open Thursday’s at 6pm and 7pm classes, and Saturday’s from 9:30-11:30! Please come during those times if you are signed up so you can be judged. Also, judging volunteers please come at those times to help out! Sign-up HERE.

Strength:

    1 Back Squat @ 50-60% every 30 sec for 10 reps (don’t take it off your back for the duration of 5 min)

    Rest 3 min

    EMOM 10
    Back Rack Barbell Lunges (Reverse step) x 4 total

WOD:

    Obstacle course for time
    20 squats w/ ball 40/30#
    15 Cal Row
    5 Tire Flips Jump Thru

6pm Lite n Tite
WOD A:

    5 min AMRAP for max cal Row

WOD B:

    1 min on/ 1 min off-5rds (20 min)
    In 1 min complete:
    15 air squats, shuttle runs for reps
    Rest 1 min
    In 1 min complete:
    10 burpees, shuttle runs for reps
    Rest 1 min

    Partner up! One person works while the other rests- score is total amount of runs
