    (Add weight if necessary)
    -5-8 Shoot thrus
    (no push-up no dip)

WOD:

    12 min Death by…
    In 1 min complete:
    1,2,3…Power SN + 25 DU/lat hops

    Power SN reps go up by 1 rep every min

    If cant compete PSN + DU in 1 min, take 1 min off and start back at 1 rep, everyone goes for all 12 min

    Lv1: 65/45
    Lv2: 75/55
    Lv3: 95/65
