    2 Hang (Squat) Snatch- pick load

    *Sub with 3 Neg Pull-ups, or banded strict, no more than 1 band

Strength:

    Back Squat

Finish:

    90 sec Couch stretch

    Bulgarian Split Squats w/ DB/kbs
