    MU drills (10 min) 5 of each
    -Hip to rings
    -Ring supports /drops
    -Transitions

    Scaled: 10 min AMRAP
    -Ring support hold x max
    -10-15 GHD situps
    -ring rows x5

WOD:

    15 min AMRAP
    1,2,3 (Squat) Snatch @ 70%
    2,4,6 Ring MU
    6,9,12 HSPU

    Scaled:
    15 min AMRAP
    1,2,3 (Squat) Snatch @ 75/55
    6,8,10 Ring Rows
    6,9,12 HSPU on box

    *restart back to 1 Squat Snatch once done all three rounds
