    Max plank hold on forearms (b)
    Lv1: 1 min +
    Lv2: 2 min +
    Lv3: 3 min +

Strength:

    20 min to find a heavy 1 rep Deadlift

WOD:

    90 sec on/30 sec rest- 5 rds
    100 m run
    Burpees for reps

    Score = total burpees
