Strength: Deadlift

    Wendler Week 1

    We will be doing the Wendler 5-3-1 strength cycle for the next 4 weeks. Please take the time to read about it. The lifts will be the same each day. It is important to keep track of your numbers for this. If you do not know your 1 rep max of the lifts, then take some time at World Gym or Open Gym to find it!

WOD: 18min AMRAP

    12 Box Jumps 24/20
    16 OH Sit Ups
    18 Walking Lunges w/ KB or DB (9 each leg)

    Lv1: 15/10# plate, 25/15 each hand
    Lv2: 25/15# plate, 35/25 each hand
    Lv3: 35/25# plate, 50/35 each hand
