Announcement!! Starting Monday, June 5th we will have a 4pm CrossFit Class Monday, Wednesday and Friday! This is in addition to our newest classes at 1pm M-F!! Check out our complete schedule HERE.

WOD A:

    Partner relay
    10 rds
    10 WB 30/20
    1 rope climb/3 rope walks
    -Each partner does 10 rds- one partner at a time (tag in).

    *16 min cap*

WOD B:

    10 min AMRAP
    Partner relay
    10/8 Assault bike Cal
    8 Plank Burpees
    -Each partner does an entire round (while partner holds plank during burpees only), then switch.
