When you arrive, please sign-up on the whiteboard in the division you will be competing so we can make heats.
It is a potluck so bring food/ drinks to share. Can’t wait to see your costumes!

WOD 1:

Part A: 7 min for both partners establish 1 RM Front Squat (off rack- must share bar/rack)**
2 min rest (Move bars and weights out of the way)
Part B: 7 min AMRAP
14 C2B Pull-ups/ Jumping C2B pull-ups (scaled)
21 DB Alternating Snatch 50/35, (35/25 scaled)
1 Partner must hold DB Overhead during while the other partner performs C2B. During DB Snatch, other partner must be hanging from the pull-up bar.
**Will be able to pre-warm-up front squat in back room. When the 7 min start, bar can start loaded. You should have at least 3 attempts to find max weight. For example, if my goal was to hit at least 200lbs, in warm-up I would work up to 185, then when the 7 min start I go for 195, then 200, then go for 205.

1600m Row (switch whenever- each partner must row at least 2x)
RX: 95/65
Scaled: 65/45
15 min cap
*Each rep/meter not completed will count as 1 second
*Synchro thrusters= must be in the bottom of the squat at the same time.
*Synchro bar facing burpees= must be laying on the floor at the same time.
