Please arrive by 9 am. Athlete briefing at 9:15 am.
No required attire, but the more festive the better! This is an individual competition with prizes for the athletes who place top 3! Feel free to bring drinks and snacks for yourself and to share for the day.

Clean and Jerk Ladder45 sec for max attempts, 15 sec transition to next bar
There will be 12 bars set up. After successfully lifting the bar within 45 sec, you move on to the next barbell until unsuccessful.
