@90-100+% of 1 rep max back squat

B. Mobility

Banded Spider lunges- hip distraction complex

Banded Rocking spider lunges (ankles)

Then, 2 min goblet squat hold (at bottom of squat)

C. Glute/ core activation

4 rounds for quality

-15-20 Banded lat pull down

-10-15 Side plank clamshells (video)

-10-15 (each leg) Single leg glute bridge

-30 sec “tight” plank

PEEK into the WEEK…

Monday- 1 rep max Back Squat

Tuesday- 1 rep max Strict Press

Wednesday- 1 rep max Deadlift
