    2. QL Warm-Up and Stretch
    3. Forearm Ball Smash

Benchmark tests:

    -Standing box Jump for max height
    -Broad jump for max distance

WOD: 2 min each station for max reps

    Wall balls
    Pull-ups
    Power Cleans
    T2B
    Box Jumps
    Bar facing burps

    2 min rest required at some point during. Athlete’s choice.

    Lv1 75/55
    Lv2 95/65
    Lv3 115/75
