Strength:

    15 min to Establish at 20 Rep max Back Squat
    Tip: Warm up by doing sets of 10, start with 40%, then 50%, and so on. If you pick your weight and you get to 13 reps and it still feels easy, stop, add weight, and try it.

WOD:

    4 rounds for time
    12 Hang power clean
    9 Front squat
    6 Push jerk
    *4 burpee EMOM- start with burpees*

    Lv1: 85/60
    Lv2: 115/75
    Lv3: 135/95
