WOD:

    40 min running clock:

    10 min AMRAP
    2 Rope Climbs
    15 Wall Balls

    5 min rest

    10 min AMRAP
    8 T2B
    8 Burpees to 6” target (use same bar)

    5 min rest

    10 min AMRAP
    10 Box jumpovers
    10 DB Step-ups
