WOD (Time)

5 rounds for time:

10 Shuttle Runs, 50 ft (25ft down and back = 1)

15/12 cal Bike or 20/15 cal Row or 13/10 cal Ski (pick one for all 5 rounds)

25ft Handstand walk/ 100ft bear crawl
