WARM-UP:

3 min cardio
2x:
6 push-up to down-dog
6 squat flow
6 pass throughs
6 turn overs
6 spider lunges (forward and back)
10 dead bugs

SKILL/STRENGTH:

3 sets with Broom/ PVC pipe
10 Sotts Press
10 Snatch Balance

Have a barbell? Great! Feel free to do less reps, keep it light for the Sotts press though!

WOD:

14 min AMRAP Ladder
2,4,6…
Shoulder to Overhead (each side if using DB/KB)
Reverse Burpees
