6 Squat flow
6 Hip warm-up
20 sec Handstand hold

WOD:
100 Single Arm DB/KB Clusters for time.
4 Burpee interruption at the top of every minute.

or

50 Barbell Clusters 95/65 for time
5 Burpee interruption at the top of every mintue
*15 min CAP*
