VIDEO: WOD AND WARM-UP EXPLANATION

WARM-UP:

3 min Cardio of your choice. Or 20 sec intervals for 3 min of: 
Jumping jacks, high knees, side shuffles, butt kickers
then,
2x:
10 Push-up toe touch
15 Air squats
20 Dead bugs 

WOD:

Tabata intervals: 20 sec on/ 10 sec off- 8x

A. Alternating Side plank hold (4 each side)

B. Plank Hold on forearms or hands

then,

12 min AMRAP

6 Pull-ups/ 12 Rows

6 Burpee Box Jumps/ Tuck Jumps/ Step-ups

12 V-Ups
