WARM-UP:
3 min cardio (run, jump rope, row, dance…)
then 2x:
6 Squat Flow
6 Hip Rotations
20 sec handstand hold

WOD:
3 min AMRAP, 1 min rest- 5 cycles
9 Deadlifts
6 Thrusters
3 HSPU/ 6 Box HSPU

*Continue where you left off in the next cycle*
95/65 suggested with a barbell
or do with one dumbbell (single arm or use both arms depending on weight of dumbbell).
