WORKOUT OF THE DAY

A.
With a 15 minute running clock complete 4 sets:

2 Push Press with 3 sec tempo + 2 Push Jerk
*Build each set as long as you can maintain the tempo w/ push press.

B.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:

3 Clean/Jerk 155/105
60 DU/ 150 Singles
12 T2B

*C/J weight should be challenging but strive to find a weight you can cycle the barbell.
Level 2: 135/95
level 1: 115/85

**Note we will be retesting “Grace” on 2/2/2019**
