Strength:

    Split Jerk

    3×2 Pause Split Jerk
    (hold the catch for 3 sec)
    then,
    10 min:
    Work up to a heavy 1 rep off the rack

    90 sec on
    18 Cal Row
    S2OH for reps
    30 sec rest

    Lv2: 115/75
    Lv3: 135/95
