    Every 30 sec for 4 min (8 sets)
    1 Power Clean + Push Jerk @50%

    2 min rest then,

    EMOM 10
    1 Power Clean + 2 Push Jerk
    Increase as desired working up to a heavy set

Partner WOD:

    8 min AMRAP
    Max Calories Row
    Max rep Thrusters

    *10 min to get as many calories and as many thrusters as possible. One partner on rower, while other is on thrusters. Switch as desired.

    Lv1: 65/45
    Lv2: 95/65
    Lv3: 115/75
