WOD Prep with Yasmen- How to mobilize for the WOD:
1. T-spine smash
2. QL Warm-Up and Stretch
3. Trailing Leg Hip Extension

Strength: Deadlift

    Find 2 rep max. Then drop 10% and complete 3×2 at that weight.

    Practice TGU @ 90% between sets.

    40 SDHP
    30 KBS
    20 W. Sit-ups
    10 TGU

    Lv3+ 53/35
    60 C&J
    50 SDHP
    40 KBS
    30 W. Situps
    20 TGU

    Weight is based on TGU

Finish: Low Back Recovery
